Bike Care, Inspections & Warranty

Maintenance of the bike is rider-paid. Shortmile supports riders through the Rider App and webshop, conducts battery and critical-component inspections, handles eligible manufacturer-warranty issues, and can coordinate rider-paid repairs or selected build work with technicians where available.

These inspections do not include routine maintenance labour or normal repairs. Warranty support applies only where the issue is eligible under the manufacturer’s terms.

Need a technician or help planning an e-bike or electric-motorcycle build?

Shortmile can help coordinate customer-paid e-bike/electric-bike and electric-motorcycle repair, servicing, component installation and selected build work with a suitable technician where service is available. Parts and labour are quoted before work begins.
