Learn how to ride, charge, and maintain your cargo e-bike. Sign your agreement and receive your full financial breakdown before handover.

Get your bike
Collect your approved Shortmile bike, complete the handover checks, and activate your rider app.
Step 4
Ride and own it
Make your weekly payment every Monday. Own the bike after completing the 18-month lease-to-own plan.

Eligible manufacturer-warranty supportThe maintenance kit includes basic cleaning and bike-care tools. Maintenance of the bike is rider-paid. Riders pay for maintenance labour, wear parts, consumables and normal repairs. Shortmile conducts battery and critical-component inspections and supports eligible manufacturer-warranty claims.
